They're something called "Foam wrap-arounds". They wrapped some rubber tubing around her with these super huge foam breasts attached, stuffed them in a Mega-sized uplifting bra, squose her in a "too small" top that stretched all over her front torso, then had her pose for the camera.

I doubt if she feels any real pain
