Radio Performance Tax is now threatening America

Anyone here ever heard of this? I just heard an announcement on the radio stating that the Feds now want to tax every (and I mean EVERY) song thats played on the radio. Most of this money will go to huge production companies that are all overseas where the American Public won't see a dime of it. I don't know if this is all a bunch of Horsehockey or not, but if its not, I hope like all hell that Obama stops it!....QUICK!!
