Are the pots and pans at Macy's really better than the pots and pans at Target?

I registered at Macy's but I don't know wtf to scan there. Sort of.

A nice girl I used to work with gave me the good advice to find sets I wanted and scan the individual items. Then people will have affordable items to buy me. I can then return the items and buy the lower-priced set and have extra money --er, store credit left over for other items. But I still don't know what I should be getting at Macy's instead of Target.

Thoughts?
