See..First Sarek starts a ruckus at the Boston Pops, then he goes to Rubys and gets OJ kicked out, now he gets Ruby's sued :shock:

"I feel bad for the Goldman family and the Brown family," Ruby said. "He ruined their lives. I may have ruined his Derby, but that doesn't bother me. I'm OK with that."

But it's not OK with the Rev. Louis Coleman with Louisville's Justice Resource Center. Speaking soley on the behalf of Sarek from Troll Kingdom, he says Ruby's refusal to serve Simpson violates the Public Accommodation Law. Coleman has sent a letter to the Louisville Human Relations Commission alleging racial discrimination, and asking the commission file an official complaint against the restaurant.

"We just feel that actions should be taken against this owner, so that this cannot be done to any other human being," Coleman said. He and several other people picketed the restaurant on Wednesday.

It is against the law to refuse to serve a customer based on race, but Emily Riggshartlage, an attorney with the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights says there are situations when a business owner can legally decline to serve someone.

"A business owner can refuse service if it's based on a personal reason," Riggshartlage said, "as long as the refusal of service is not based on race, color, national origin, religion or disability."

That's nothing. A friend of mine manages a large, classy restaurant. Seems a fucking SIKH entered the restaurant whereupon he was stopped at the door by a doorman who promptly told him to remove his fucking turban. The Sikh motherfucker started to flip out, crying racism. He also cried out about how the same restaurant received over $5000 of business in one day from this Sikh prick who claimed to represent the bank he worked at. Turns out this was true. Alas, the doorman told the Sikh bastard he was under orders to prevent ANYONE from wearing headcovers (as in hats, etc. as they are not allowed in the restaurant). The Sikh told him it was a religious thing, that it was expected he wear it. The doorman grabbed the OWNER of the restaurant who promptly asked the Sikh cocksucker to leave. This was not the end of it. The Sikh contacted everyone he could, from the media, to our government and all Sikh organisations.

I should like to know, when is it appropriate for someone who was not even born in this country to tell someone who was what he may or may not do within his own business establishment? Remember, the owner actually OWNS the place outright. He is free to refuse whomever and whatever he wishes. Who the fuck does this Sikh think he is? I say grab the Sikh motherfucker, put him on a plane and send him on his way.

Last time I heard, the owner had been served with papers. The Sikh is taking him to court for discrimination. Sadly enough, he will win. Kill the fucking Sikh because this will open a mere drip to a fucking tidal wave. Non-whites will be suing left and right. Soon, we shall be sued for even looking at them wrong. Christ on a stick! You see what multiculturalism has wrought? Yet everyone wonders why I am a fascist. In my society, the Sikh would have been told to leave the country peacefully, or do so at force of arms.

I agree that the owner of the restaurant has a right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, HOWEVER, the individual that was refused has the right to protest, stop other people from eating there by writing them and sue under any appropriate leagal provision.

He has a right to sue? How so? If you refuse anyone entry into your home, can they sue you? Dumb motherfucker aren't you? Do you not understand the meaning of the term 'OWNER'? So, it is a free society... as long as you don't own anything? I see. I knew you were a fucking commie from the get-go. The Paki motherfucker can protest all he wants, as long as it is not done ON THE OWNER'S PROPERTY! Let him go to the papers. Were I the owner, I would tell people 'if you are so angry about this, then let anyone who does not follow your own rules into your home. What, you won't do it? Hypocrites. Shut the fuck up.'
