Yes, I agree, despite my rant about Olive Garden, Romano's is definitely REAL Italian food. Never had a bad meal there, and their Caesar Salad is fantastic.
 
I like how they give me stuff to draw on with crayons.
 
Do you or your dining companions ever draw on your bewbs?
 
No, but I've put a beer bottle in my cleavage then mouthed it before. Does that count?
 
It's what I do.
 
I've had some good and bad experiences there. The bad ones were generally along the lines of "we didn't heat the precooked stuff for long enough." Which kind of grossed me out on the chain in general.

The only chain Italian I really enjoy is Carabba's, and then mostly because I just really enjoy their slightly-spicy lentil sausage soup.
 
I like Carino's. I don't know if that's a national chain, though.
