My friends, it is time we faced facts. Death is racist. As evidence I put forward the death of Ms. Rosa Parks and the Katrina Hurricane.
We can see that death rates among african-Americans is higher. From this we can logically congecture that the Grim Reaper is a racist that preys on African-Americans. This is outrageous! It is time that White people die in the same rates as the holy and righteous African-American community.
If White people stopped forcing poor African-Americans to take drugs and commit dangerous crimes, there would be a less of an incident of Death among young African-American males. This is obviously a conspiracy among the White Supremacists, the Grim Reaper and evil White Devil scientists who created A.I.D.S and force young African-American males to smoke crack, rob people.
Further, it is wrong to stop African-Americans with violence when they shoot at you or attack you. Oppressed as they are by the White Devil scientists, George W. Bush who is the Grand Wizard of a secret, conspiratorial Washington Klu Klux Klan group, ad all the honkey racists that are insomniacs from sitting up all night plotting to stick it to the poor, oppressed African-American male, it is no wonder they shoot at us. Instead, we should gladly accept being robbed or stabbed as the karmic debt for the old slavery days.
I propose releasing all African-American male victims being held in cages by the evil peckerwoods back into society. Each should be given 100,000 a Cadilac with spinners and a house in the suburbs. Also, laws must be passed that a qouta of deaths (2 peckerwoods for each African descendents of kings and emperors) so that now the Grm Reaper will give up his racist ways.
Police should be armed with silly string and pillows in urban areas where the poor, oppressed African-American will no longer have to worry about being shot or harmed if he attacks a policeperson.
