NO, underrated if anything. I bet even Donna's fucking mum gets to make another appearance this season whereas the lovely Sally will never ben mentioned again.

ALSO: Martha's sister was hot.
 
I would marry Sally Sparrow if she weren't a fictional character.

There was one episode in Scotland (well, in some field in Wales doubling for Scotland) but it set up Torchwood so it's nothing to be proud of.
