went to library last night before heading off for my night of debauchery, and whilst looking for something completely different noticed this on the shelves:

A Touch of Dead by Charlaine Harris - a collection of Sookie Stackhouse short stories. Excitement!

Anyone else read this?
 
My wife is curious what the books are like after enjoying true blood, we rarely get time to read though, no point in ever getting a library book out.
 
Better in some ways, not so good in others, imo. Not so much storywise, but the style of narration is very different.

c2, I haven't read that one yet. As I understood correctly, it's a collection of previously published short stories, right? I was told that the short stories fill a few gaps between the main ones, so it's definitely a must have for me.
 
^ Ily, not sure how I missed this book - knew nothing about it until last night. The stories are great, though!
one point: they are right up to date with the latest novel.
