They say woman hit it around thier 30's? Is that true? Men when they are 18. I mean if I wasn't obsessed before, I really am now. Or is it in my head? Seriously! Please help me out here. No kidding, no spamming this is real!

For "Aching yet clumsy enthusiasm" I'd say late teens for both sexes for a physical "peak". Blame the hormones.

However, for real, deep enjoyment and satisfaction (leading to really looking forward to it) I'd say early 40's for both sexes. The mental is so much more mature and the physical issues with aging haven't really become a factor.

I may be wrong...I feel I've yet to reach my peak so I may keep going "up" till I expire.
But with ONE notable exception, my lovers in the 40+ range have always been far better than their younger sisters.
