You've left Sardy out of this one - surely he's more than a figurehead Admin who pops in every once in a while to troll Parallaxis, do nothing and then leave again, as his absence WOULD SEEM TO IMPLY?!?!?!?!!??!?!
 
According to Wikipedia, RobL and Red Whacker are the founders. I think Sardy might be nothing but a Jem'Hadar peon.
