Yet another example of people who aren't white trying to take everything from white nations, despite the fact that whites are responsible for tolerance and understanding regardless of how much of a pipedream they are when faced with savages who can't really comprehend the concept.
In early July, International Coordination Committee “Our Common Home Altai” is going to hold the 4th international student school, in which students of Altai high schools, two districts of Mongolia and East-Kazakh Region of Kazakhstan are expected to take part. The information was released by Professor of Altai State Agricultural University Andrei Ivanov (PhD in Philosophy).

According to Ivanov, during one of the joint actions a Russian student shared her concern about possible expansion of Chinese into Russia, particularly, in Siberia. Replying to it, a Chinese student said that this prospect should be taken more calmly. “We are a growing nation, and we shall really come here sooner or later.” “It turned out later that Chinese textbooks in history say that Western Siberia up to Tomsk Region inclusive is temporarily lost Chinese territories.” As Andrei Ivanov believes, such joint events would allow overcome stereotypes, and teach future leaders how to settle such difficult questions together.

Those aren't difficult questions -- they're really very simple questions overcomplicated by touchy-feely bullshit. The simple answer is -- thin the Chinese herd. To nothing, if necessary.
