When I was in, (back when the Calvary was still fighting with Indians), our MOS "Military Occupational Specialty" for food service was titled 94B or 94 Bravo


From looking at this video, It seems that things have settled down quite a bit since then. Looks a lot more organized...


Today they are serving people from inside dining halls. Back in my day they had us serving people out of the back of wagon trains
