Sometimes you just need to outlast everyone else

Outside of the bosses, the only guy in my team who has been there longer than me is retiring soon, after that, I'll be the guy whose been there the longest.

What will that mean for me?
Nothing, but I have a job I don't hate, working with people I don't hate, doing something I know how to do, for money that pays the bills.

If I have to do this for the next 14 years, I can live with it.
