MAYBE Locke's dad is in charge of Dharma because remember the Hanso guy we never really seen his face so it could be THE LONGEST CON OF THEM ALL or something why did Jack's dad take Ana Lucia to Australia anyway!?

I think it's Desmond's girlfriend's dad who's in charge of Dharma.
