Spamstitutition Questions/Clarifications

I have reviewed the Spamstitution and have the following questions/concerns:

Definitions needed:

1) Citizen
2) Vouchers
3) Emigrant/Emigration
4) Official vs Moderator
5) Grandfathered

Questions:

11) Secondary Elections: What happens if there is a tie in a secondary election?

13) There will be two Badlands Moderators at one time.

Just one time or did you mean at all times? Since there was two Badlands Moderators at the beginning, that is the one time, therefore there can be only ONE Badlands Moderator now until this is changed. Since Ily is the Moderator for life, the recently "elected" Moderator is obviously a fraud.

 

[Dual]

1. A citizen is a poster who has been nominated and accepted as a member of the Badlands Republic, and is eligible to vote in elections and official polls.

2. Vouchers are the means by which a citizen may be nominated. Each citizen account gains one at the end of ever second moderator term.

3. Emigration is the process by which a citizen is cast out, ostracised. This occurs by majority vote.

4. Moderator: One endowed with official moderating powers by the administration.
Official: An unelected facilitator of the Badlands government (ie, me). We wield the real power.

5. Grandfathering: The process through which accounts predating the Badlands Republic became a citizen of the newly established Republic. Obsolete.

11. A tertiary election.

13. Time meaning at all times. At any time you may select, there will be two elected moderators. Ily is exempt from this rule by special dispensation from MM.

My point is the recent elections are invalid since at the time of the election there could not be a second moderator.

I don't see any problems with amending the Spamstitution to clarify issues as problems arise.

Why do we need an emergency election?
