I felt like I was watching a musical.

A very bad musical.

I was laughing my ass off during the seen with him strutting down the street. The jazz club bit, less so.

Spidey 3 sucked...but it was still an ok watch.

I am waiting for the DVD to come down to five quid, thats all I am prepared to pay to add this to my collection.

The whole thing just seemed so self indulgent.

I liked it except for the musical parts.

They did a good job with the black costume/venom origin.

I disagree. They tried to do too much in too short a timeframe.

The movie was too self-aware, and nothing was as developed as it should have been. Especially when you consider the non-comic book-reading crowd.
