Not sure how many people will be able to see this, but presumably there are other news outlets covering it too. The headline is rather misleading.

They've built one of the guns and a control panel. Both items look good, but it's a long way off from having a whole ship. If it was me I'd make an X-Wing. Much cooler, and smaller to build.

I've seen a remote control R2D2 at conventions which is indistinguishable from one inhabited by a small unwell actor.
