Last night my body decides 7 would be a good time to go to sleep, and 12.30 a good time to wake up, it then decides that 5.15 is a good time to go back to bed when the alarm is set for 6.
Sorry to hear that, dude. I really struggle with sleep a lot too.
For me it's more standard sleep problem: can't go to sleep at night, stay up late, get very little sleep, drink a lot of coffee to wake up, really have to fight the urge to take a nap when I get home, rinse, repeat.
I can't sleep before 3am most nights, even if I'm really tired. Don't feel too great in the morning, but it's hard to judge since I'm NOT a morning person.

I have serious trouble staying awake past 11:30... actually it's only when I want to stay up late that I fall asleep early. I have missed most of BB After Dark because of this strange phenomenon. I think it's an alien conspiracy.
That was annoying, but to be expected from the crowd who always cheer the "fit" guys (and Luke for some reason) and boo the good looking girls no matter what.
