Suggestions for new EI tools

I am just astounded at the sheer brilliance of the "cool it" thing that they do at EI - genius.

I would like us to do 2 things in this thread:

1. Tell me any other things they do over there so I may urinate over myself laughing so hard
2. Make up new ones, and then go to them with a proposal for a radical overhaul.

My first suggestion:

This is for when people are playing mind games, or insulting each others mother. Michael Bates images can also be used.
