..and nothing you throw into the microwave either, it has to be something you make more or less with your own hand.

Chicken. Grilled chicked, baked chicken, sometimes even fried chicken. Lots of vegetables but what I'm really good at is baking.

I make the best white chocolate chip cookies you will ever taste.

Grilled Cheeze sammiches on a skillet are quick and easy. Burgers on the George Forman grill are too. Sauting veggies, shrimp, whatever isnt time consuming.

Theres so much that can be made around the house thats fast and simple. Its kinda a shame that ppl are so lazy that they'd rather let Ronald cook um up din-din.

I can't cook to save my life.

But I make some good home fries. And I can cook pasta, but it's not like I'm actually making the pasta.

depends on the season and my mood. Yesterday I had a crispily roast duck, Hong Kong style (with chinese cabbage, morels and veggies), today I'll opt for something light and Italian: Insalata Caprese; with home-grown basil and tomatos and my vacation-souvenir-Aceto Balsamico [/i]*drool*.
Not sure about tomorrow yet. Maybe trout with baby potatos, sprinkled with roasted almond slices and molten butter, and a nice mixed salad.
Propably Pastitsjo on Saturday (that's a Greek pasta dish).
No cooking on Sunday: I received an invitation for lunch.

Okay, let me rephrase this question.

I like to cook and stuff and want to know what you prepare with your own hands so I can rip it off and tell you how to cook it better :).

1 zucchini picked fresh, peeled and sliced. Arrange slices in a small shallow baking dish, top with a few bits of anything like browned italian sausage, bacon, peppers, mushrooms, onion.... then add a half jar of salsa, top with grated or sliced cheese and bake until the cheese starts to form a brown, bubbling crust, but before the squash gets too soft.
