Re-read it a couple months ago. It was okay. Lim's art leaves a bit to be desired.

Thanos was always one of my favorites.
 
I liked it at the time it came out. Picked up the GN last year. Thought it was a bit meh, 15 years down the line.
 
That's one of the first comics I read, beleive it or not.

Shame Perez couldn't have done the art for the whole series...
