The setting:
The One Ring aka the key to the Minefield and Trollkingdom is sought for by The Dark Lord T'Bonz. The ability to capture Trollkingdom for herself and turn it into a heavily moderated board where people can talk about the right detergent to use for woollen socks to maximize fluffiness and how great TBBS is and the establishment that runs it.
Spamming will be outlawed, the existing members permabanned if they do not accept the changes, which as the free people of the Minefield we never could..
Unbeknownst to the eye of T'Bonz the unsuspecting Shatna has had the One Ring all this time, though it weighs heavily on his mind. The ability to succumb to the raw controlling power of the ring and the chance to rule over TK is great, but he is good at heart, he sees the road that must be taken, what would fall next? Lonaf? ... And beyond?
It cannot be.
We pick up the story as Shatna is about to entrust the ring to Wacky, who must now carry it and destroy it in the heart of Mount Permaban.
Along the way many friends will ease his journey, many who's stories will shape this ... Trollkingdom.
Gagh with his quick wit and ability to lead will be the guide on this perilous mission to which nobody can predict.

Minefielders; Spamming and laughing in the depths of Trollkingdom for many years now are quite content with their own buisness and to ignore and be ignored by the goings on of others, and the more serious fretful brand of posting..
Trollkingdom after all being full of strange posters of varying quality and interest. Minefielders must seem of little importance. Neither being renowned as great debaters nor counted among the very serious...
Infact, it has been remarked by some that Minefielders only real passion is in Spam.
A rather unfair observation as we have also developed a keen interest in lusting after celebrities we will never meet and the producing of good parody.
But where are hearts really lie is in the peace of our Minefield friends and discussing Popular Culture in our own special way.
And Yes, no doubt to others our ways seem strange.
