The Flash season 3

So Barry isn't the Flash because of saving his mother? Will he become the Flash again and they'll have two flashes?

I'm rooting for him. I mean they had the turtle on there for cheese's sake. I think Barry will return to the present to find Wally's the flash, and HE'S the villain! He's gonna be the guy in that funky villain costume.

I hope Barry finally realises that maybe it's not a good idea to keep going back and trying to save his mother and nearly causing the end of the universe.

I think he'll have to team up with Thawne to fix the timeline. They'll both be stuck in the past. Then they'll come to a present that's dramatically different, and sucky. So he'll have to go back to past and help Thawne murder his mom.

The common theme for CW Dc shows, they all suck at time travel.

Are Arrow and Legends going to be in an alternate timeline because of Barry's meddling? Or will they just ignore it.

What was the point of introducing this new timeline then just erasing it at the end of the episode? I wish they'd just get over all this time travel stuff and just do normal episdoes.

He erased the Flashpoint timeline but the timeline he returned to is an alternate timeline itself. And I don't think the Flashpoint timeline is totally erased since Dr. Alchemy is bringing to life metahumans that only existed in the Flashpoint timeline.

edit: Spoilers? Oops.

I felt it was more of a sliders ending, besides shouldn't Thrawn have been dead in the real universe? And where was Eddie?

(We're only seen the first episode of the season in the UK.)

Yeah the Thrawn stuff makes no sense. He was supposed to have been completely erased (never born) when Eddie killed himself. So if he's alive agian surely that means Eddie must be alive again? Or are they just going to say "time remnant!" to explain it.

I liked how the episode itself seemed to get bored of the alternate timeline so by the time Caitlin showed up they just said "she, uhh, an eye doctor, okay?" and had her act exactly like normal Caitlin.

I was hoping they might have done something in arrow and supergirl to reference the flashpoint having a wider effect, for a minute I thought the new offices of the alien task force might have been one of them, but maybe that is giving them too much credit.

Could be the ending of the show, with Barry not quite being in the right universe does mean he in in supergirls world now, or at least a version similar enough that both supergirl and arrow both exist in the same world.
