Yes, if you havent guessed from the title, Smallvilles replacement is likely to feature a pre-Robin Dick Grayson, although hes going to go by DJ Grayson, as they dont want people saying Dick all the time.

How shit is this idea?

He has no superpowers, has no superpowered freinds, and unless he is a little kid, making him a late teenager than having teh show run for a few years means that he'll be Robin for the first time in his 20s.

Oh no, someone in their 20s has their parents murdered, what will the little fella do?

I mean isnt the whole point of why Bruce takes him in, is because like himself, he lost his parents while he WAS JUST A LITTLE FUCKING BOY!
 
Maybe Victor and Emilia could be in it, if it's about circus perfomers.
 
On the plus side, they don't have to worry about casting Batman, because the series will be canceled long before he's due to arrive on the scene.
 
Maybe they could make a series that explores Boston Brand's childhood, before he became Deadman!
 
Or the early days of Bruce Banner, before he became a scientist.

Or a show about Scrooge McDuck before he became rich.
 
I think a 5-season show about young Speedy, during his upbringing by Native Americans before Green Arrow discovered him, is in order. YES.
 
How about a show about a teenaged Guy Gardener.....no, wait..AMBUSH BUG!
 
When i saw WB, i though of the WB network, which a few years ago combined with UPN to become The CW.
 
Actually, remember how they were going to do an Aquaman spin-off from Smallville, but with the guy who played Green Arrow playing Aquaman (even though Aquaman has been in Smallville)? Why not just a Green Arrow series, then?

Why make sence when you can have a show around a pre robin Dick Grayson who wont actually be called Dick, and whose parents wont be murdered, and who will never end up actually being Robin

There should be an episode where the "Wayne family" are in the audience watching his circus act but when he goes to introduce himself they say "sorry, we're the DRAIN family!"
 
The newest idea is to have young Captain America, about a scrawny, sickly Steve Rogers as he makes his way through the 1930's trying not to compulsively masturbate.
 
Season finale sees him about to wank run out when a younger lad runs up and says "hey, don't do that, because, I BUCKY, say wanking is for chumps!" and they embrace.
