On the night of the full moon my neighbor said, "Oooh tonight is the night to put out your crystals and have them re-energized by the moon!" "Crystals?" I said, "I don't have any of those" And then she said, "Oh well you can put out a jar of water then!"
"And then what?" I asked. "You drink it" she said.
I drink it with intention.
So then later I asked her if she had some crystals I could put on top of my car that has been having some electrical issues. Shall I prop open the hood so the battery could be re-energized?
She laughed with me.
I mean at this point I was like "Maybe I should also just sleep outside too then"
I mean in all reality full moons energize me in the way the sun can energize me when its not too hot out. Waves and water energize me, wind can energize me. Stillness. The sound of birds. The snow sparkling under the moon looking like stars. The sound of the snow under my feet. Ice.
My feet in the fresh water of the lake
The sound of a seagull at the beach
crackling of a camp fire
distant howling
and animal sounds
the cat playing
a dog walking beside me
the fish swimming in the lake
wildlife
animals
nature
sometimes even the sound of a bustling city can give me energy
the lights at night
music from the bar
chatter, dishes clanging
a sport event
loud
excitement
the smell of the fair
hot dogs
fresh berry scones
the farm animals best in show
the sound of a sled or skis on the snow
oars in the water
gliding me forward
