He's the youngest guy yet, so I will be curious to see how he pans out. It's going to be tough losing Tennant, he's one of the better Doctor's, even if he does do the emo bit way too much.

Loophole, yes, they will find one. (It's scifi anyway, they can do what they ant.)

Female, I don't think that's likely, but who knows.
