I was always a Kira lover, but if we're talking about HOTtest, (and I don't count catsuit-hugging collagen-lipped fembots), it's gotta be Jadzia.

Part of being hot is how you carry yourself, and she carried herself like an officer who was ready to do it on the floor at any minute without losing one ounce of authority. Plus she made Worf seem sexy, which is a miracle in itself. If they were the hottest couple in Trek (and I believe they were), it's mostly because of her.
 
I voted for T'Pol, because Beverly Crusher wasn't an option, and Troi's ass got as big as Riker's bloated belly by the end of TNG.
