There are few shows that have no bad episodes

Castle seems to be one of them.

Now Granted I'm only on season 3 at present, but I really can't remember any bad episodes from this show.

The West Wing went 4 seasons without a bad one, but then Aaron Sorkin left and it went to hell for season 5, and slowly picked up the pieces of its broken life and managed to go off in new directions to make for two final entertaining (if uneven) seasons.

I still watch it all, though.

Fawlty Towers, but it only has twelve.

Firefly(probably) but that only has 14(?) episodes.

Nurse Jackie so far (I'm part way through season two) seems like it could be one of these shows.

Safe and Heart of Gold were pretty bad.
