I want to smell dark matter
Madonna watched Taylor's plane. She didn't come any closer, didn't shoot again. She flew around the mountain and out of sight. Madonna checked on the robot, in a panic. She couldn't tell if he was alive or dead, if those terms even applied to her robot lover.
"Come on, wake up," she said, looking him in his face. He had changed back to his robot appearance, no longer disguised as a human. "Please, I need you..."
He opened his eyes. "I still function," he said. "I was programmed to be able to withstand your Earth bullets. But I shall need some time to reconfigure my systems."
"Of course, of course," said Madonna, relieved he was alive. "I'll keep a watch out for Taylor Swift. You were right about her. She's pure evil."
"She would see the world burn if it meant she could be Queen of the ashes," said the robot.
"Isn't that a quote from Game of Thrones?" asked Madonna, confused.
"I don't know," said the robot. "I've download all of Earth's popular culture to my databanks. It had left me in a confused state. What are these Kardashians? It almost seems it would be worth the world burning if they were to perish."
"Robot!" she said.
"I joke, I joke," said the robot. "I am working on my sense of humour. But yes. Taylor Swift will end the world. We must reach the top of the mountain before then, so they humanity can live on through you."
"But I'm just a normal person," she siad. "How can humanity live on through me alone? I'll die and there will be no one left."
"No," he said. "This mountain has a power inside of it. You can use that power to become immortal. But only if we reach the top before the fires! Come on!"
He body was fine now. He carried her once more, walking up the side of the mountain. Madonna fear that Taylor Swift could attack at any moment, but thankfully nothing happened...unitl she got a text message. She had her phone set on vibrate, so the robot didn't notice. She read it without him noticing. It was from Michael Jackson.
"DON'T TRUST THE ROBOT. YOU ARE IN GRAVE DANGER. HOO HOO! CH'MON!" it read. Madonna dropped her phone in shock and it fell into the distance.
"I believe I can walk faster now," said the robot. "My strength grows the higher we climb." He began running up the mountain. Madonna could feel clouds flying by. Finally, they reached the top.
"Now what?" asked Madonna. Then she noticed it. An ancient temple, at the top of the mountain.
And Taylor Swift was standing in front of it with a sword.
