this is the image I saved to my destop (of the mad swimmers in the cold bay water) but how do you get a pic of your icons, etc,? Do you just take a digital picture of the screen?

Press "print screen" then open paint and paste it in there then save it and upload it.

One might start by pressing the PrintScreen button. One could then continue, assuming one is using Windows, to open up Paint, press Ctrl+V, and then save IN WHATEVER FORMAT ONE MIGHT WANT!
