TK Roast! Do Me Now!

Okay. . .

Sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper to taste, and flour; brown lightly on all sides in 3 tablespoons of oil. Then transfer to a large dutch oven. Add broth, carrots, new potatoes, quartered onion, on a bed of celery stalks and roast covered for 3 hours. No peeking!!

Remove from roasting pan, drain drippings, add 3 tablespoons of butter and flour and make a rou, then add the liquid from the roast or add liquid to make 2 1/2 cups liquid, and whip with a wire whip over a medium burner.

Yum, Sunday roast with gravy! Invite the neighbors over and make friends.
 
With large roasts, I generally inject it with a mixture of herbs and seasonings in a large turkey baster type object.

You think LC is really begging to be injected by asking for a roast? :P

Fine. Inject me. I dont' care. But y'know, I think a turky baster would be too smooth and pointy for my liking. And are you saying I would be a "large roast" then? : )
 
Sorry, I was all up for this when it was "Do me!" but now that I find out you just want to be verbally abused and nothing else, I'm not quite so excitable. Feel like I've been teased, if you take my meaning.
