Top ten for May

How can the top ten go on in this post Wacky Hot 100 World? It just can. This should not be seen as anything so simple as a "top ten hottest girls!!!" list. These top tens exist by themself now. They have evolved. It is a Wacky top ten. I'm not making any sense. On with the list.

1) Ellen Page - See, I'm not saying she's the hottest girl alive or anything, just that she fits very comfortably in my brain at this particular time. Probably because she's so small.
2) Kristen Stewart - I think she'll be a breakout big star of the future and I want to rank her highly early so I can say "I ranked her highly early!" I like her face and limbs.
3) Anna Paquin - The Paquin/Portman needle is certainly pointing more in the Paquin direction as of late.
4) Ali Larter - I really like her face. A long deserved debut.
5) Georgia Moffett - "Hello boys! Where's my spin-off?"
6) Kristen Bell - Cute.
7) Allison Mack - Also cute.
8) Natalie Portman - GAH. Was going to leave her off the list entirely because I hold Natalie to a higher standard and she hasn't done anything lately but be pissed on by a dog, but it would be intellectually dishonest of me to leave Natalie Portman off a top ten. But I'm putting her on notice.
9) Kym Valentine - Libby Kennedy finally debuts on the top ten.
10) Michelle Trachtneberg - This was going to be Kelly Brook (FOR GAGHDASSIA!) but at the last minute I saw some recent events pics of Michelle where she looked good so I had to include her.

People who like Ellen Page should try to watch Hard Candy if you've never seen it. It's awesome.

I'll probably get negged, but I just can't get on the Ellen Page bandwagon. And I saw Hard Candy, and thought it was a great film, but then I saw Juno and hated it.

Also, I think I'm kinda pissed that she got more to do in X3 than Anna did....

Paquin wasn't available during most of the X3 filming and they were on a stupid enforced schedule (the movie wasn't even put back when it changed directors twice) so they had to write her out in a stupid way. Same with James Marsden

Yes Singer should have stayed on, since Superman Returns kind of sucked.

Singer did a great job, although I felt it would have been cooler if Rogue had started off bad, got the Ms. Marvel powers, and tore shit up. But in the world of movies, that just didn't happen.

I just got sick of my parents (who are sort of aware of the X-Men world because of me) asking "I thought Mystique is Rogue's stepmom?? Um, how come they just killed Cyclops?"

X3 should have ended with Rogue flying in (from getting the Miss Marvel powers earlier in the film...somehow) and absorbing Phoenix's power for long enough that Wolverine can kill her...then at the end you see a flash of the Phoenix in Rogue's eyes, IS SHE EVIL NOW FIND OUT IN X4!
