Here, instead of a top ten, I will do the "favourite game on every platform you've owned" (not allowing for games I played later on emulation or another platform, so disqualifying Super Metroid for SNES and the like)

Nintendo 64: Perfect Dark
GCN: Metroid Prime
GBA: Advance Wars 2
Xbox: Knights of the Old Republic
DS: Bangai-O Spirits
Wii: Xenoblade Chronicles
Xbox 360: Skyrim
3DS: A Link Between Worlds
Wii U: Super Mario 3D World
Playstation 4: The Witness

Nintendo 64: The Ocarina Of Time
GCN: Zelda: Wind Waker
GBA: Zelda: Minish Cap
Xbox: Morrowind GOTY
DS: Final Fantasy Tactics
Wii: Zelda Skyward sword
Xbox 360: Skyrim

Edited accordingly

I had a really shitty Star Trek game on Gameboy.

I had one which I think was the 25th anniversary game. It was pretty basic even for GameBoy, but I still loved it. You were looking for pieces of a doomsday device (which I don’t think had any connection to the one from the episode but they kept calling it that anyway) which either involved poorly rendered top/down away team missions or poorly rendered side scrolling ship combat. I never completed it.
