I find that amusing, not shocking. Mainly b/c the quote is wrong. It's "Si vis pacem para bellum." or “If you want peace, prepare for war."

Unless that is a "Vis" & not the "Bis" is looks like. Either way, it's "Si" not "Sic".

FIXED! (Neat trick, too, I just kept the same file name for the edited image and uploaded it to the same URL the previous version had on Villagephotos, thus fixing it wherever it appears online.)
