HBO is doing a 30 minute highlights episode, where Alan Ball sums up s1 of True Blood, and there's clips from the second season at the end. Just wanted to let those of you who were interested (and can get HBO) know.
 
I'll have to check that out! I can't wait til the new season starts.
 
It came on last night, and I got home in time to see the last ten minutes. I thought it was just a clipisode, but was happy to see him discuss s2, like what's up with Marianne, what does she want, is Lafayette really dead, and who did Bill feed off of. So, even though it's described as just a highlight episode, it's got much more. :)
 
So is Lafayette really dead? (Use spoiler tag.)
 
rats. I dont think I prevail upon my nice HBO-watching neighbours to record that....but I'll give them a heads up, ya never know.

Still haven't seen the clip show, I forgot to look for it last night. :rwmad:

In the book Lafayette is dead. I haven't seen the clip show, so I don't know if he's dead in the TV series or not.

And I dont get HBO so I'll have to wait for the spoilers here! (HINT)

I remember when my mum was watching Buffy once (maybe for the first time) and she saw Willow and Tara kissing and said "so they're lesbians AND vampires?"
 
I could watch Buffy with family around, but not True Blood!
 
The clip show came on at 12:30 last night, I couldn't stay awake. Hopefully it'll be on earlier sometime SOON.
 
They need to do one for the new season, but they didn't. CONSPIRACY
