True test of LOP's fairness

Hey now,

Everybody knows that I was banned without the requisite three suspensions. A true test of fairness would be to reinstate me since I was banned not in accordance with the guidelines.

What say you?

You shouldn't have to ask.

If there is a true change, each one of you should receive an
email advising that you have been reinstated, and apologising
for wrongly evicting you.

I wouldn't hold my breath.
You've heard the term 'cosmetic changes?'

ExIsle never expected the shit storm.

They never thought that people they banned would be not
merely use this fora but dozens of fora; all over the world.

It didn't sit well with our proto-lawyer to be the pivot of a
human rights issue, he, dear boy, enacting the role of fascist.

Hence, he turns it over to someone else and whistles like a dog
'y'all can come back now!' and under his breath, 'hope you learned
your lesson.'

I'm sorry, I'm not as easily placated as some people.

Ah, I got it. You're the one with all of the "I hate homosexuals" stuff. Right?

Bingo. EI's loss is TK's gain. Aren't we the lucky ones?!

As far as considering giving an amnesty to those permabanned.. it's not a bad idea at some point. I'm not sure it is something that should be considered until the GL's and other things are settled.

Still, it is an interesting proposition, I think Bonz did do something similar. Then again, most of them got themselves re-banned in no time. ;)

I think DS is one permaban that *is* worth a second look from an amnesty POV. Another is BDM and Gagh. They registered duals, but BDM did it because his regular account had been IP banned along with DS, and Gagh was just a misguided TK'er. Neither of them were troublemakers.

I'm just sayin. ;)

If an amnesty was considered, probation for a time should be an automatic along with not being able to vote on GL's and stuff like that.

I never registered a dual. I just used a proxy on my main account, that I had registered well over a year beforehand. That rubbish about me trying to hack a staff account is absolute crap. I hardly ever went to EI in the first place, and never got tangled in the politics. I never have. It was one of the most absurd bannings of the lot.

Oh, sorry. I stand corrected. ;) Still, my point was, you were not a troublemaker.

No. I only bring trouble to this board. Ask me what I want to do to the president. of the US.

Spot on. In fact, quite worryingly, that was pretty much exactly what I was going to post in reply to anyone.
