I heard about this. I have never been a fan of Ashton Kutcher.

I'm sure he will however fit in on that abortion of a show.
 
I never found the show interesting enough to watch for more than 30 seconds. This new development doesn't really change that.

Different guy, same witless sex and fart jokes.
 
I don't want to punch Ashton in the nuts, so there's THAT.
 
He's married to Demi More(AFAIK) so there's THAT.

I really can't think of a more suitable actor to take the part. I did consider Rob Schneider as a potential candidate, but Kutcher wins in every category of bland nothingness.
 
Rob Schneider's too busy playing a carrot.
 
I really doubt that Rob Schneider has the acting ability to convince as a carrot.

He'll just be the same smug, smarmy, slightly swarthy one note cypher that he has been playing for the last 30 years or so.

And meanwhile, on topic, how the hell would this even work?

Is he going to be some bastard son, a half brother that neither of the other two knew about, who will suddenly become the most important person to the one who wasnt Charlie Sheen and his boy, who presumably is practically an adult himself by now?
 
Done some research.

Apparently they wanted Hugh Grant and he turned them down.

Hell if they wanted a prossie botherer why didn't they just go straight to Eddie Murphy?

Hes not had a hit in decades that didnt feature a cartoon donkey.
 
Maybe somebody hits Ashton with their car as they are backing out of the driveway and they take him inside to take care of him. Ashton is really one of Charlie Sheen's bastard childred that never knew his father and he had to use a modified DeLorean with a hot tub in it time machine to come back in time to see what his mother saw in Charlie. However, when he came back in time, he accidentally sent his sperm donor (Charlie) forward in time. Ashton doesn't get to meet Charlie but he gets to meet all the people that knew him and they can give him a more rounded perspective on the kind of person his father was other than just a deadbeat loser.
 
Hell maybe they will just say Charlie got a facelift, and it also altered his voice somehow.
 
I saw a Charlie Sheen look a like walking down the road the other day. Dude was totally um how do you say, inebriated. Yes.
