Although, IMO, karma should be reset to 0 again, and no one should be allowed to have inflated karma levels.

Everyone should have to earn it.

That's the problem with kids these days, everything's handed to them on a goddamn silver platter.

I earned mine. I went from -1200 to where I am now without admin assistance. So did MOST other members.

It doesn't matter if you earned it the first time. Everything was back to zero. Which means that you have to re-earn it.

To be perfectly frank, if you think the little green bars under you name matter, you need to step away from the computer and go outside for a while, because it's more than just a little pathetic.

I'd rather just abuse my poweargh to the best of my ability like any good admin. And I actually have been posting more since I'm home alone at nights, but I generally avoid the Badlands because I don't like what it's become.

It's not enough to just be able to post in peace anymore. There's got to be claims of persecution that isn't there and a holier-than-thou attitude that I'm not very fond of. If you want to make something out of a forum that was little more than Daycare with images and smiley codes, then do that. Don't try to make it something it's not.

What claims? The Badlands was targeted with alot of drama, and is currently targeted by Paul and his DLA duals, although sadly boring. The statements listed by DL are true. Not claims.

Noone is bitching about it, or making inflated claims. The Badlands is what it is. Its changed before and itll change again. Thats part of its charm.

If you want it different or better, post here. Dont standby and wait, or get mad and push bully buttons. Post. Start interesting, funny, and thought provoking threads. Improve the quality.

The Badlanders arent creating pages of "fgtfhyhtr ghhj " or flooding. Dont put that on us, if thats part of your gripe.

I'm also not going to ask for karma to be turned off. I don't care either way, because it doesn't matter to me. As long as I can leave comments on posts, I'm happy.

The drama is stimulating. It was never meant to be malicious, only to stir things up. At least on my part. And GTC's part, too. That's why it's drama, and not persecution.

The thing people forget is that this is TK. People are going to push your buttons. It's STILL not persecution, and it's not going to change. It amuses me to no end that DL actually thinks that his threads angered me. They didn't, I was just curious as to what he would do when he saw they were DC'd and what he would do after he realized that I did it.

And what did he do? Pos'd me a few times.

I also don't start many threads, haven't you noticed that? I never have, and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

No, it only meant that I didn't want to feel obliged to leave pos/negs on anyone's post. I just like leaving comments. I'd ask for it red again, but it would just be changed back, so it's futile, really ;)

But, people do have fun with karma. So why turn it off completely just because I want to have neutrality?
