He seems to be experiencing some sort of stoppage or reduced flow into or out of critical areas.
 
I have a couple questions - Did he just swollow a lugie (sp?) on film? and Is that an ornate saddle?
 
He swallowed a lugie four times. I was eating, it was horrible.

Then he made a truly stupid comment about Thatcher. She was removed by her party because they realised they were unelectable with her as leader. Apart from that he made some good points. Just a shame he looks like a cross between Baron Harkonnen and Max Headroom.
