Big Dick McGee
If you don't know, now ya know
There's a show I watch called "The Big Break IV", it's on the Golf Channel. They're competing at Carnoustie and the R&A St. Andrew's Olde Course.
On last week's episode, they had a traditional Scottish dinner; all the contestants wore kilts, there was a bagpip player, etc.
Of course they served haggis, and some dude who looked completely mad went through this whole ceremony where he rubbed the blade of a wicked-looking knife over his arms. He then basically attacked the haggis, repeatedly piercing the casing until the "inside stuff" exploded out and oozed all over the serving plate.
They served it on a plate with single-malt poured over it.
My question is: WTF IS THAT ALL ABOUT?? Have you ever seen anything like that in your twenty-three years in Scotland?
Thanks.
