I like how you managed to work in some grudging admiration for me. That was an especially nice touch. Remind me to send you a Christmas card next year...you won't even have to call the bomb squad to open it for you.

Waterpanther is a twathead...that's as simple as it gets. She's a great example of everything that's wrong with that place. I predict she'll be a mod before 2006 is out. ;)

You're not gonna believe this, I almost don't believe it myself... but I actually DO like you. I like RobL probably more, but then he and I don't have the same history you and I do.

What I'm tired of is EI and the membership's holier than thou attitude about all TK'ers, and that includes YOU. I'm not even angry with the Staff, good grief imagine trying to moderate that bunch of crybabies and whiners?

All the crap at EI has done for me, is make me appreciate TK even more.

So send the Christmas card and please don't have any explosives in it.

Truth is, I love TK and I don't care how weird that sounds. I'll take this place with all it's spam, and unfocused forums, and n00bs, and invasions, and flames, and whatever ... any day.

I'm sick to death of people thinking their shit doesn't stink because they come from WF or EI or any place else. We have it all here.. we can write, put up art, flame, rant, joke, spam.. and in general tell each other off one minute and the next rally to defend each other against... stupid shit.

It's the INTERNET and I love TK because we all know it is the Internet.

And you think your shit don't stink. You whine that EI and TrekBBS and other message boards think they're better than you. Meanwhile you're building a reg'lar Tower of Babel and setting yourselves up as God on top!

EI has plenty of faults, and their biggest one is that they believe fuckwits from TK can be reformed, which is why the lot of you aren't permabanned on sight. You've taken that belief and used it to harangue them for months. This might make them naïve idiots, but it makes you an amoral asshat who abuses other people for your own pleasure. Guess which is worse?

Here's the 411 Utahraptor, my shit DOES stink, and I admit it. I make mistakes, I misunderstand, I get angry, I gossip, I drink too much coffee, and I should take better care of my health............ I do it all.

What I don't do, is prattle on and on about cyber words on a page as if my real life world had a wolf at the door. I don't whine about the nasty trolls and how wonderful my life would be if they'd only go away and leave me alone.

And yes, it does mean I'll probably leave EI. It's been in the making for a while now, the truth be told, there is very little of interest to keep me there, and what interest I do have is diminishing by the day. It happens, communities change, people's interests change... and I've seen it coming for a while now.

I'm sure you're thrilled to learn that...

...says the person who does nothing but abuse TKers. If you get a kick out of calling us cute little names like "asshat," by all means, go ahead. But don't tell off other people who do exactly the same thing on EI. It makes you look both stupid and hypocritical.

LOL, well that isn't what I meant when I had my rant, but I can see how it could be taken that way.

What I was complaining about is that the entirety of TK is characterized by every loud mouth know it all on EI as Evil, when in fact only a few TK'ers are even known by most EI'ers. That's a generality I took offense to, but then I think you knew that.

Like EI, most of TK isn't even interested in this EI/TK battle of wits. They go on about their fun just like the majority of EI'ers do. I got tired of the mis-characterization of those others on TK who have never done anything to EI.

And I think you knew that was my point as well....

Oh and my coffee smells like cinnamon.. yummy!!!
