Yep. A Representative of Korn Law Firm, just served me papers in person telling me I was being called as a witness in reference to a complaint filed in civil court against a friend of mine. This type of situation doesn't warrant a jury trial, so all I have to do is prepare a written statement. So, you can rest easy, Jillian. No day in court for me, just yet. :D
 
Don't worry blazerboy, your day in court will come soon enough, just as everyone else's will
 
I testified at a trial once. I witnessed a guy taking off out of his driveway after his house went ablaze. I still haven't found out if my testimony helped put the guy away or not. I do know that had I not spoken to the fire captain they never would have suspected arson, I rawk.

You know, for someone that claims to be a mature adult with children of his own, you seem to keep demonstrating remarkable immaturity. Since you seem to be ignorant of anything related to me, I am a Bisexual, and have had serious relationships with both sexes. The only thing your continued one-note trolling about me being a homosexual is doing, is exposing your own ignorance. Furthermore, I said my peace to you, and then I moved on. I have no quarrel with you any further, so why not move on, and stop being a prick, hmm?

Nope. I was hoping she'd read this and get a laugh out of it, though. :D AFAIK, even if Jillian had a legitimate suit against TK, I would not have any part in it, on either side of the case. I'm just a regular poster who posts here and then has a regular life outside of TK when I'm done. I don't know any of the specifics or if even if any of the Jillian stuff is true.

I'm in my own office of my own store sitting on my own 42 acres of land in my own chair. I'll put on a pair of Depends and shit all over myself if I want. Thank you.

Okay. I just read on EI a post from her in which she is making rather harsh accusations against members of this board and names several members specifically. I would suggest those members take note as they may have grounds for an international libel law suit. Of course, pursuing it depends on whether Ms. Bacardi has anything with which to satisify a judgment against her.

No, it honestly really doesn't. I freely embrace my over-expressiveness. If I'm passionate about something, then its only because I care that much about it. If you want to see some emotion, just about any of my buttons will get you results.

Problem is it is the crazy ones that find a whacked out sleazeball lawyer to pursue their case and cost innocents a lot of money fighting the suit or paying to make it go away.
