We're getting a foot of snow tonight.

My new car is still buried under a foot from the last storm! Got some shoveling to do today it seems. It'll be in the 20's and sunny, so I'll get my workout in that way.
 
Dammit. We'll probably have another snow emergency coming Wednesday or Thursday. I was hoping to not have to dig my car out until Friday morning.
 
you guys look like just a winter advisory. north of rutland (and west into the adirondacks is the heavier stuff.
 
Yep. Just checked. 2-5 inches of snow expected. Freezing rain, sleet, half an inch of ice. So not bad. Just need to worry about the ice when I move my car Friday morning.
 
I need to go out and measure. We have a Winter storm warning. It is still snowing, but I don't think its a foot!
 
It's stopped snowing here. Not too much accumulation. Not sure if we are getting more later today and tomorrow. The winter advisory is for 7pm today through 4pm tomorrow.
 
How was your walk?

Dumb forecasters....it snowed like magic overnight and is beautiful outside this morning. About 4-6 inches total. They've kept the warning up because it's supposed to be light snow through the day.

I'm going cross country skiing this morning.
 
Freezing rain and ice here. It's like a skating rink. Took me an extra 20 minutes to walk to work.
 
Finally got my car started and out of the snowbank it was stuck in. It's at the shop getting the battery replaced and some sort of solar thing that will help keep it charged if it's not driven regularly.

I should sell the damn thing and use it as a down payment for the camper I want to buy to get the fuck out of Dodge this summer.
 
I got boxed in yesterday, not by snow but by two assholes that parked too close to my front and rear bumper. Missed my doctor appointment and was 2 hours late for work.
 
Turned to sleet this morning. We still got a couple inches, but the wind painted ice everywhere.
 
38 and rain today. Looks like spring will break pretty soon. About three weeks for the equinox.
 
50 mph winds this morning and wind chills to 28 below.

Im in bed with my laptop and coffee :D
