what do you do if you can't do anything?

CaptainWacky

I want to smell dark matter
Just sit?

That'd be doing something, wouldn't it?

yep, learn to accept it, it does wonders for ur character, that is if you have already examined that which u can do, no matter how small ;)

Maybe reality will eventually change if you are patient.

Drop some acid, and your perception of reality will change real quick. ;)

what do you do if you can't do anything?
Just do what you want until someone pays you for it.

At this point it's important to stress that someone won't eventually come along and pay you to do everything you enjoy doing.

OOTH, in this era of TMZ and YouTube, there's more chance now than there ever was. ;)

I apologize for my off-the-cuff remark in post #2 in this thread. I now realize it was rude, inappropriate, and overly technical.

Oh, they don't have the kind of porn I'm interested in. (The kind involving bears)

wait, we weren't even talking about bears in this thread. it's like all you think about lately is fucking bears. when are we going to talk about our alaskan camping trip again? it's like you don't even remember that promise we made that afternoon on beacon street.

that's the last time i let you take me to the frog pond and whisper sweet nothings (about bears).

Try and bring a full-grown bear down Beacon Street and it's simply amazing the kinds of looks you'll get. You might as well have brought a dangerous predator weighing in excess of half a ton along with you for all offended stares you see.

So we are agreed that there is more intrinsic value in being alive and doing nothing, with the slim possibility of a total reality inversion in the future or eventually being paid for it than there is in being dead and doing nothign with no possibility of ever doing anything again?

Yes, a semi vegetative state is preferable to death.

I'd rather be dead than a vegetable(semi or otherwise). If I was in an accident and became severely brain damaged(more than I already am) I'd want to be put out of misery.

There is a wide chasm between "doing nothing" and being in a vegetative state. They are not even remotely similar as concepts/states of being.

I WAS ONLY JOKING :rwmad:
