What IS funny about a woman saying "bovvered" 200 times?

CaptainWacky

I want to smell dark matter
WHAT?

Too long, didn't bovver to read it.

I would hope Catherine Tait never makes it to America.

Maybe she'll die first

I liked her first series, but the new one bored me a bit. The Irish mother who loves her son being gay is funny, but even that's been done before. Everything else is old. They're doing the same as Little Britain, using the same catchphrases only using their fame to get celebs involved(that bloke who's well known for saying "hello") and trying to be more controversial.

Oh well at least she didn't ruin the final moments of doctor who last series and become a his replacement companion.

*wakes up*

OH GOD, THAT WASN'T A DREAM!

SHE AIN'T BOVVERED LOL

I've never watched a full episode, to be honest, I'm just sick of the word "bovvered" popping up everywhere and those annoying adverts.

The only place I've seen bovvered is at the abc Lost message board.. someone always says I can't be bovvered to read that. Which is funny to me because I don't have an annoying person on tv saying it all the time.

It's not just an annoying person on TV saying it, it's annoying people in real life repeating it and thinking that using someone else's tired joke somehow makes THEM the funniest person ever to walk the planet.

What a FUCKIN liberty!!

You'll be happy to know I've never heard of her, so apparently she hasn't crossed the shores just yet.

It was never funny

But why does it bovver you so much, then?

Why? BECAUSE.

I think that the new character for her new series should be someone who fires a shotgun into her face as her catchphrase.

Like Ted Moult?

One for the over 30s there

I can't wait for her to ruin Doctor Who on Christmas day by going "MEEP MEEP" at inappropriate moments.

She morphs into Roadrunner?

YEP THAT'S ABOUT THE SIZE OF IT.

Can't wait for her to ruin season four now!

She was better in Big Train as an unobtrusive background character.

BTW, for my American friends - pick up Big Train on DVD. It's a comedy sketch series, and I know you'll like it. One of the main contributors was Simon Pegg in one of his first on screen roles.
