Clicked on the evening news here, and it seems Portland's new mayor had a gay sex affair with his 18 year old intern while he was a city councilor.

Here's what Wiki has to say on Mayor Sam Adams.

"Bunch" of homos. The fact that so many Republicans have gotten caught trying to hide their homosexuality means that there are many more who are getting away with it.

It's a shame Obama's not big on, well, acknowledging that gays exist.

Uhm, Volpone, there have been a ton of high-profile gay republicans whether we like it or not and Daily Kos has nothing to do with it - you'll have no problem finding plenty of other sources confirming the stories.

They all have their sex scandals - and yeah, we'd all fuck the hot intern if we had the chance. Of course, Clinton didn't even fuck a hot intern. :bailey:

Well, I guess I could figure out what channel I was watching, go log onto their site, and see if they had a story on it. But the Wiki article seemed to hit all the points: Openly gay mayor. Democrat. Diddling an intern. Intern says the mayor made a move on him before he turned 18.

Why bother looking up a Portland tv station when Wiki has the scoop.

Sure you could. Most local TV news have a website where all the stories they run are in print.
 
The real point is that politicians are all full of shit. Saying that one bunch is morally superior to another is bullshit. They all say whatever they think will get them reelected, and most of them abuse their office in one way or another. Having sex with interns, or guys in public toilets doesn't bother me as much as when they take our money and give it to whichever corporation has the most lobbyists.

I've never understood the hate. Yeah, there was a bad photo that got all the airtime but the bitch herself was very bonable.
