The Indian episode? It was from Weird Weekends. I watched it today. Strangely I didn't remember seeing it before either (but it's over ten years old.)

Wow, I feel stupid now. I think I must have missed this one which is odd because I was sure I had seen everything he'd done.
 
Weird Weekends is repeated all the time on Dave now (yes, there's a channel called Dave) though everytime I turn on it's the episode about racist South Africans.
 
I liked the one where he met the swingers who had a group sex room full of TNG pictures.
 
The one with the private police and the farmer guy who goes "it's a very South Effrican solution to a very South Effrican problem," or is there another one?
 
There's one about Boer seperatists and the newer law and disorder one about the police.
