What's the TK policy on

my original avatar was stolen and modified and now being used by ghag. surely there must be a rule prohibiting such follies, yes?​

Actually there is a rule. The rule is you must leave and never post here again.
 
People have been called for using an identical av in order to confuse people, say if they registered a dual with a very similar name.

But grabbing an av and editing it satirically is as old as jack's hairbrush.

it's not "just grabbing a random av", it's MY av, MY CURRENT AV.

Case in point: if you had ignored it, within a few days Gagh might have gotten bored and changed it. Too late now.
