This is actually answered in Do the Universe! Its Beavis's house, and is owned by his mother Shirley Beavis thus also explaining that Beavis is his last name, not his first (not surprising since the character is actually based on a real life person Judge knew named Bobby Beavis). In the movie, she ends up selling the house in 2022 after the duo get sucked into a black hole in 1998. Ironically this is a sorta retcon as in the show its implied but not stated it was either Butt-heads, or Butt-heads uncles.

Yep Highland which is fictional though there are actual towns of Highlands and Highland Park. Ironically unlike King of the Hill where the fictional town of Arleen is clearly based on Richardson which is the burbs of Dallas and where Judge actually lived for a time, B&B wasn’t initially supposed to be Texas but by the time of Do America the animators just assumed it was.

Office Space meanwhile is explicitly Texas. It was actually shot here in Austin and many of the buildings still exist in some form around here.
