The Kindle must be this year's "hot" gift. Best Buy and Target were sold out in my area, checked multiple stores. They had plenty of "nook" and "literati" and "kobo" e-readers, but nada on the Kindle.
All for the best anyway, I didn't realize I wouldn't pay tax ordering online, so I saved like $18 (yeah, CA fucking blows with taxes) and got free 2-day shipping.
